System

As the name suggest Kitchen Scrubber is a device which is used in a kitchen to scrub the fumes generated from the cooking processes before they are released into the environment. It draws fumes from the kitchen through the hoods. These fumes will be scrubbed by high pressure water jets due to which all the contaminants such as oil, grease etc. are trapped and cleaned air will be exhausted to the environment. Aeronom make Kitchen Scrubber is highly efficient and have low pressure. There are two types of kitchen scrubber.

Centralized Air condition

Industrial Ventilation and exhaust

Liftwell and stairwell Pressurization

Kitchen Ventilation and exhaust

Wet Kitchen Scrubber

In a wet kitchen scrubber, the polluted gas stream is brought into contact with the scrubbing liquid, by spraying it with the liquid, by forcing it through a pool of liquid, or by some other contact method, so as to remove the pollutants.

Advantages of Wet Kitchen Scrubber

  • Small space requirements: Scrubbers reduce the temperature and volume of the unsaturated exhaust stream.
  • Smaller sizes result in lower capital costs and more flexibility in site location of the scrubber.

Kitchen Dry Scrubber

The Aeronom Kitchen Dry Scrubber is ideal for the removal of grease and smoke from commercial cooking applications, as well as smoke, fumes, and oil/coolant mists from industrial processes. An optional Absorber Module helps treat nuisance odors in the form of gaseous emissions. The modular design of the Scrubber allows for multiple filtration configurations, while an automated, integral water-wash system facilitates in-place cleaning of the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) filters.
